The strategic development of the Initiative and the cluster hiring activities are coordinated by the UI3 steering committee, which reports to the Provost. In addition, the informatics curriculum sub-committee is analyzing current degree, certificate, and course offerings, and identifying gaps and opportunities. The informatics support services sub-committee is identifying current informatics-related services, and identifying service gaps and unmet staffing needs.
