The strategic development of the initiative and the cluster hiring activities are coordinated by the UI3 steering committee, which reports to the Provost. In addition the informatics curriculum sub-committee is analyzing current degree, certificate and course offerings and identifying gaps and opportunities. The informatics support services sub-committee is identifying current informatics-related services and identifying service gaps and unmet staffing needs.
