We are forming an informatics group that meet for lunch once a month. Please join us in learning Informatics Research that is happening in the collaborative support cores/centers across the University of Iowa.

Each month someone from the group will present a short talk about the research they are involved in; discuss informatics problems that were solved, and the problems that they still have.

The University community is invited to any of the two public lectures that will feature Alvin (Al) Roth, winner of the 2012 Nobel Prize in Economics. Roth's visit is a collaboration between the Carver College of Medicine, the Tippie College of Business, the Distinguished Biomedical Scholars Lecture Series, and the Ida Beam Distinguished Lecture Series.
